At ZentroSEO, a product of OLKA Technology LTD, we are committed to providing powerful SEO tools that help your website grow. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund Policy explains how we handle subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns.

1. Free Plan Users

ZentroSEO offers a Free Plan with limited access to tools and features. Users on this plan are not charged and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

2. Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency)

a. Monthly Subscriptions

All paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial months, unused time, or unused features.

  • Canceling a subscription will stop future billing; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

b. Annual or Custom Plans

If you’ve subscribed to a custom or annual plan, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, subject to account usage review.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • You’ve experienced a technical issue that prevented access to core features, and

  • You’ve contacted our support team within 7 days of billing, and

  • Our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • User error or lack of understanding of platform features

  • Change of mind

  • Inactivity or failure to cancel before renewal

  • Failure to meet SEO expectations (results are not guaranteed)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@zentroseo.com

  2. Include your account email, the issue you’re facing, and your reason for the request

  3. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and respond

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to investigate and resolve legitimate billing concerns.
